The Triangle Nonprofit and Volunteer Leadership Center

Civic Engagement Leadership Institute

Leadership & Community Service Camp for High School Students

A Program of The Triangle Nonprofit & Volunteer Leadership Center

JULY 26 – 30, 2021

 9-4PM (Presentations on Friday 7/30 from 4-5PM)

The Civic Engagement Leadership Institute (CELI) is an intensive summer enrichment experience that empowers high school students to impact Triangle communities through socially conscious thought and action.

COVID UPDATE:
The Institute will be offered in person. However, if conditions
change, the camps will be offered on a virtual platform.
All students attending will need proof of negative COVID-19 test or proof of vaccination.

By exploring the root causes of social issues, working with nonprofit agencies, and formulating service projects, students will develop a combination of knowledge, skills, values, and motivation to help shape the future of the Triangle and beyond.

Sessions will be at the Duke Corporate Education Building (pictured left) at The American Tobacco Campus in Downtown Durham!
