Model UN grows student leadership and diplomatic debate skills, builds confidence in public speaking, and immerses students in real-world contemporary global issues – creating more engaged students. Students will learn how Model United Nations can be used as a vehicle for learning about the world around us, civic engagement, and personal growth. Our Model UN Week will be facilitated with assistance from UNC-Chapel Hill’s MoMUNtum programming through Carolina’s International Relations & Global Student Affairs Organization.
Sessions will be held at the Duke Corporate Education Office in the American Tobacco Campus district of Downtown Durham.
