Leadership Durham is the premier leadership development program for professionals seeking to make a difference in the community, expand their network, and understand Durham from the ground up. We strive to grow leaders to serve as catalysts and sustainers of positive change for our economy, quality of life, and the common good. Through the 9 month program, class members develop a deeper understanding of the region and its challenges and opportunities to become more effective leaders.

• Identify opportunities to provide leadership in the community
• Enhance the standing and reputation of your organization

Scholarship Application

Scholarship funds may be available to cover part of the tuition cost for the Leadership Durham program. Those applying for the program may request an amount of up to half of the appropriate tuition fee. The amount requested may not be the amount awarded due to limited funds.

Notification of the amount awarded, if any, will be included in a notification advising of your status of acceptance into the program on or before August 1, 2020.

Scholarship requests will not be a factor in the Leadership Durham selection process.
