What’s Your ROVI
Return on Volunteer Investment

Return on Volunteer Investment (ROVI) measures the value an organization gains from volunteer engagement relative to the resources invested in recruiting, training, and supporting volunteers.

Research shows that for every $1 invested in volunteer engagement, organizations can see approximately $3–$6 in return through increased capacity and misson impact.

This is a FREE Training for TRIAVA members
$29 for nonmembers
